Name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider) e.g. BT, Tiscali, AOL, Freeola etc.
Make & Model of your Broadband Modem/Router. (e.g. Netgear DG834, LinkSys WAG54G)
Before an Engineer visits, please make sure you know all relevant Usernames and Passwords for Email accounts, Broadband access, Routers, Servers etc.! If you don't have them, we can probably still help, but it will take little longer, and we charge for time...
